For your account to be eligible for redemption, you must complete full account verification by uploading your government I.D. and a selfie. You may do so by navigating to the hamburger menu (☰) and clicking “verify your account now”.
All Sweepstakes Coins must be played at least once (1x playthrough) before they are eligible for redemption. For example, if you receive 100 SC, you need Play totaling 100 SC before you can redeem any resulting SC winnings.
