To be eligible for redemption, your account must be fully verified. This may require uploading a valid government issued ID and a selfie for identity confirmation. You can complete verification by navigating to the menu and selecting “Verify Your Account”.
All Sweeps Coins must be played through at least once before they become eligible for redemption.
For example, if you receive 100 SC, you must play a total of 100 SC before any remaining Sweeps Coins become redeemable.
Please note that additional verification or review may be required before redemption is approved.
