How do I permanently delete my account?

Players may permanently delete their Slot Spot account at any time by following these steps:

1. Click the Hamburger Menu.
2. Select Account.
3. Click My Profile.
4. Scroll down to Account Deletion and follow the instructions to begin the deletion process.

Once your account is permanently deleted, it cannot be accessed or restored.

If you prefer a less final option, you may choose to deactivate your account instead. Deactivation disables access to your account without deleting your information. You can return at any time by logging back in and reactivating your account.

If you decide to return in the future after permanently deleting your account, you may need to contact Customer Support to verify your eligibility before creating a new account.
