Players may request a redemption of their redeemable Sweep Coins by selecting the Redeem button from the bottom navigation menu.
Before submitting a redemption request, please make sure:
- Your account has completed the required verification process.
- Your Sweep Coins have met the required playthrough requirement.
- You have reached the minimum redemption amount of 100 SC.
- Your preferred redemption method has been set up and is available.
The minimum redemption amount is 100 SC. The maximum redemption amount permitted for an individual redemption request is 5,000 SC per calendar day.
Only one redemption request will be processed per calendar day. If you would like to change the amount of your pending redemption, please cancel your current request and submit a new one.
Sweep Coins associated with a pending redemption request will be temporarily locked and unavailable for gameplay. These Sweep Coins will remain locked until:
- The redemption request is canceled by you, or
- The redemption request is denied by Slot Spot's Redemption Department.
