Players may request a redemption of their redeemable SC coins by navigating to the hamburger menu (☰) and clicking “redeem sweeps coins”.
The minimum redemption amount is SC 100. The maximum amount permitted for individual redemption requests per day is SC 5,000.
Only one redemption request will be processed per calendar day. If you would like to modify the amount of your pending redemption, please cancel your current request and submit a new request.
Coins associated with a pending redemption request will be temporarily locked and unavailable for gameplay. These coins will remain locked unless:
- The redemption request is cancelled by the user
- or the redemption request is denied by Slot Spot’s Redemption Department.
