If you need to update your saved debit card information, you can do so during the coin package purchase process.
To update your saved card:
- Select BUY COINS from the top navigation or the bottom navigation menu.
- Select any coin package.
- When you reach the payment screen, choose to manage your saved payment methods.
- From there, you can either:
- Edit your existing card information, including the expiration date, or
- Delete the saved card and add it again with the correct information.
If you're still unable to update your saved card after following these steps, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
