What is Voluntary Self-Exclusion and how do I enable it?

Voluntary self-exclusion allows you to restrict your access to Slot Spot for a selected period of time.

To enable this feature, go to:

Responsible Social Gameplay > Voluntary Self Exclusion

Once activated, your account will be locked for the selected duration and will remain inaccessible until the time period has ended.

Please note:

• Self exclusion cannot be reversed until the selected period has expired
 • If your account remains inactive for 61 days or more, your Sweeps Coins balance will expire
